[12:49:21] <bitkill3r> hi everyone, i've been coming here in the past few days looking for help to troubleshoot a dramatically slow farm that I inherited. Yesterday I was finally able to dial down on the problem. The last citrix guy disabled the "Citrix Single Sig-on Sagent" service on all of the 100+ servers
[12:49:49] <bitkill3r> which was causing users to have crazy slow long on times
[12:50:47] <bitkill3r> knowing this now... I would like to know if anyone has experienced this issue, and it if there are any drawbacks to enabling it on all 100+ servers.
[12:52:51] <GentileBen> tabularasa: I discovered a new Citrix farm, almost two years after I started here.
[12:53:02] <GentileBen> So that makes four farms that were operational about a year ago.
[12:53:04] <bitkill3r> the central store is there, i've got two different policies with the single sign on settings... Unfiltered which has is enabled and pointing toi the store, and another one disabled to a certain worker group
[12:53:16] <GentileBen> I decommissioned one, am about to decommission the other two.
[12:55:03] <bitkill3r> i found the hard way that disabling single sign-on on the unfiltered policy, caused it to break something while users tried to launch an application.
