I just installed the stock bundle, did a check for updates, and am installing the updates but it keeps flashing that it is retrieving a jst tomcat jar. I can't tell if the download is just taking a while or if it is trying to fetch the same jar over and over and over again

[12:59:10] <Arbalest> Welcome! If you have a question, just ask, or take a look at our FAQ - http://wiki.eclipse.org/IRC_FAQ :) Try typing ~faq to see more FAQs! If you have errors or logs to show, see ~pastebin. If you have screenshots to share, see ~imagebin. If you need to describe your problem, please provide some ~info about your setup. Please be patient when waiting for a response. Thank you and enjoy your stay.
[12:59:59] <Tominator> my eclipse just crashed and left my project with an error sign. I'm not able to start any application (probably because a told eclipse to clean all and now it doesn't build anything). How can I solve this?

[21:11:12] <nitind> If you're doing this in eclipse.ini, each and every option must be on its own line.

[21:14:12] <nitind> pulse00: Just like you externalized the description attribute's value. % is the marker for the start of an entity reference in XML, used in this case for an externalized string of the given entity name. So just externalize it, too.
[21:14:16] <brownphysicist> Here is the result of my attempts to use the commandline options. (Is this result due to the lack of ability to do commandline options, and the requirement for them to be in the .ini file?) http://pastebin.com/jTL0zDRh
[21:14:27] <pulse00> nitind, ah, got it, thanks
[21:15:06] <nitind> Plus, now your templates can use the correct natural language as well.
[21:15:37] <nitind> brownphysicist: What's "eclipse" in this case? What platform are you on?
[21:16:47] <brownphysicist> eclipse: /Programs/bin/eclipse /usr/ports/java/eclipse
[21:17:11] <brownphysicist> so this is simply my call to the logical location, within the shell.
[21:17:15] <nitind> I think there's something screwy about the way it's set up, then. Like it can't handle command line parameters at all.
