The webapp depends on library foo-SNAPSHOT, and if I have foo in the same workspace as the webapp, eclipse does not bundle the foo library under WEB-INF/lib (or can do any IDE dependency resolution either, unless scope in maven is set to 'runtime'). The solution was to remove library foo from the workspace, anyone noticed this behaviour, and/or could rationalize it?
