Does anyone know why this is happening? Some of the projects have Drupal(A CMS) installation so I am sure that probably has something to do with it since there is a lot of code associated with the project. But does anyone know of some things I could do to speed things up? Also what does it actually mean when it is

Software update finds a new version of PHPeclipse, but it can't install them, due to error "Eclipse Web tools editors (2.0.1) requires plug-in "system.bundle".
